Dr. Prathyush's Derma Dental Trust

This project transformed an existing commercial and residential structure into a modern, premium polyclinic and digital smile design studio.

A defining feature, the facade showcases a sophisticated mix of metal, brick cladding, GFRC panels and glass in a defined and structured grid pattern, creating visual depth through material contrast. Enhancing this visual identity, the structure is enveloped by a GFRC shell-like membrane, giving it a sculptural quality. Inside, the original layout was reworked to efficiently accommodate diverse functions - photography rooms, dental chairs, laboratory, consultation spaces and staff accommodation.

A custom-designed ramp integrates seamlessly within the constrained yard space. The surrounding area was redeveloped significantly with improved landscaping and essential drainage solutions, completing the transformation into a fully functional medical facility with contemporary aesthetics.
