Flora Medicare Polyclinic
When Flora Medicare envisioned their dental transformation clinic, they wanted to create a warm and welcoming space – a distinct departure from typical sterile medical environments- while retaining its existing aluminum composite panels. The challenge was to achieve this while working within a narrow interior layout. Terraforma responded with a design that speaks the language of clean precision: straight, linear elements that flow seamlessly from the exterior facade through every interior space.
The unconventional introduction of an open laboratory required particularly thoughtful planning.
Every element – from dental chairs to consultation rooms – had to be carefully orchestrated without sacrificing function and aesthetic harmony. Through thoughtful material choices, we wove warmth using natural wood accents while strategic glass elements created transparency and openness.
The result is a clinic that balances medical precision with human-centered design – where clean lines speak to professionalism and natural materials offer comfort. Patients can now experience a space that feels simultaneously efficient and inviting, proving that even specialised healthcare environments can embody both warmth and functionality.
