Little Acres

Little Acres presents two guest dwellings that reimagine colonial architecture through a modern lens. Terraforma brought Architect Annie’s vision to life with balanced proportions, local materials, and breezy interiors suited to Cherai’s coastal setting. Despite monsoon constraints and narrow access roads, we optimised logistics to deliver on time and on budget. The project preserves colonial charm—think shaded verandas and pitched roofs—while incorporating contemporary comforts. Each detail, from the material palette to spatial flow, ensures guests experience both heritage and ease in equal measure.
